There is an excellent seafood restaurant within the Sands Arenas Hotel that specializes in fresh fish and shrimp. The service at the Del Pacifico Restaurant is as good as it gets, and goes well with the fine cuisine and decorative elegance.

First-time guests are pleasantly surprised by the pool and outdoor lounge areas that the Sands Arenas Hotel has maintained since its existence, over 40 years ago. The bight colored plastic contour chairs have the same retro look as the giant yellow pool slide that entertains the kids for hours. Concrete statues of various religious figures highlight the botanical gardens and fountains that give this hotel its unique charm.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Fresh white paint, new white and black pattered bedspreads, white tile and white and black wall mounted light fixtures add a contemporary flare to this historic gem. Most of the rooms have balconies that provide guests with breathtaking views of the pool, Pacific Ocean and Malecon.
